This cute Elephant Thank You card makes it easy to remind those you love how much they mean to you. You know the saying, “Elephants never forget”? Now you can make adorable handmade cards letting your friends know you never forget either!
How cute is this baby elephant! I just love the look on his face! To color him in, I used the Light Smoky Slate Blend for his body and the Light Gray Granite Blend for his ears.
I used the Artistic Mix Decorative Mask and Crushed Curry ink to make the background. I held the mask firmly onto the White cardstock, but you can secure it with non-stick tape or Washi Tape if you want. I loaded the Blending Brush with a small amount of Crushed Curry ink and then swirled it lightly over the mask – I keep the area small and I was ok with it “spilling” over a big. It was imperfect perfection! 😊
By the way, this card would work in any color. If you need inspiration, check out my Color Combination Library.
