The Frosted Gingerbread Bundle by Stampin Up

Send peppermint kisses and gingerbread hugs with the Frosted Gingerbread Bundle. The bundle includes the Frosted Gingerbread Stamp Set and the Gingerbread Dies.

It’s so fun – and easy – to use the Gingerbread dies to cut out the stamped images for quick accents. Here, I used the “gingerbread” pieces to add interest on the pastel Whimsy & Wonder Designer Paper!

To counterbalance the “Gingerbread” embelishments, I used the colors in the Whimsy & Wonder Designer Paper for the base of the card and the accents:

Supplies Used on this Project

Project Measurements

• Blushing Bride:  5-1/2” x 8-1/2” scored at 4-1/4”
• Basic White:  
  • 4” x 5-1/4”
  • 1” x 3”
  • 3” x 3” (die-cutting)
• Kraft:  3” x 3” (die-cutting)
• Whimsy & Wonder Paper:
  • 2-1/2” x 5-1/2” (holly pattern)
  • 1” x 5-1/2” (green pattern)

Project Instructions

1. Fold the Blushing Bride cardstock in half at the score line and burnish well with your Bone Folder.

2. Adhere the 4” x 5-1/4” piece of Basic White cardstock inside base card.

3. Adhere the 2 pieces of Whimsy & Wonder Designer paper onto the base card as shown in the sample.

4. Using the 1” strip of Basic White cardstock, stamp the sentiment on the right side using Blushing Bride ink.  Layer onto the base card so that it’s 1/8” up from the bottom of the holly Whimsy & Wonder paper.

5. Using the Cut & Emboss Machine and the Gingerbread Dies that come in the Bundle, cut out the bold bell & ornament using the Kraft Paper.  Using the 3” scrap of Basic White paper to cut out the detailed bell & ornament.

6. Tie about 6” of the Silver Elegant Trim through the Basic White bell & ornament die cuts and tie into a bow.

7. Layer the Kraft & White die-cuts together using either small drops of Liquid Glue or Glue Dots.    Adhere to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish.
