By combining serene imagery with gentle words, from the Unbounded Love stamp set, your cards will offer a haven of peace and comfort to anyone who receives them. To add to the calmness of this card, I chose simple floral images with a minimalist background and colors. I love how it turned out! Follow the tutorial below to make your own card!

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Fold the Shy Shamrock cardstock in half at the scoreline to create your base card.
  2. Adhere one of the Basic White cardstock mats to the inside of the card.
  3. Using the other Basic White cardstock mat, stamp the long outline “thinner” stem from the Flowers of Beauty stamp set using Shy Shamrock ink.
  4. Ink up the long detailed “bolder” stem using Shy Shamrock ink, stamp off once on your scratch sheet, and stamp directly over the top of the previous image. It’s ok if your image is slightly off-kilter, it doesn’t have to be exact as you’re creating a shadow effect.
  5. Ink up the bold “floral” image (it looks like a bunch of dots) using Petunia Pop ink and stamp onto the stem image.
  6. Adhere the Basic White cardstock mat to the front of the card.
  7. Stamp the sentiment onto the 1/2″ strip of Petunia Pop cardstock using Shy Shamrock ink. Adhere the strip of the card as shown in the sample to finish.

A Tip from Barb

This is a Two-Step Stamping Stamp Set which makes creating colorful cards a snap! The two-step stamping process lets you layer images using different stamps from the set. It’s like building an image piece by piece. This gives your project more color and detail than you’d get using just one stamp. Try two-step stamping to add more life and color to your papercrafting projects!
