What if you could use one stamp and die bundle to make three completely different Christmas cards? That’s exactly what we’re doing with these 3 Cards Featuring the Pretty Poinsettia Bundle by Stampin’ Up!® From a quick stamped design to a dimensional poinsettia card that even holds a gift card, there’s something here for every kind of crafting day.
One of my favorite things about Step It Up Stamping is showing how much you can do with the same supplies. You don’t always need another stamp set or a completely different design. Sometimes it’s just a matter of changing the layout, adding a little texture, or using your dies in a new way.

The Pretty Poinsettia Bundle is a great example of how stamps and dies can work together in different ways. The stamped images are lovely on their own, especially when you want to make several Christmas cards without spending all afternoon at your craft table.
When you have a little more time, the dies let you explore layered flowers, textured petals, and extra dimension. You can make the design as straightforward or as detailed as you like.
And remember, the Queen Bee isn’t automatically the best card just because it has more layers! The best Christmas card is the one you enjoy making and actually send.
For these three cards, I used the Pretty Poinsettia Bundle and a cheerful Christmas color combination of Coastal Cabana, Melon Mambo, and Granny Apple Green. It’s a fun change from traditional red and green!

Coastal Cabana might not be the first color you think of for Christmas, but that’s part of what makes this combination so much fun! The bright Melon Mambo poinsettias stand out against the cool Coastal Cabana, while Granny Apple Green adds a fresh pop of color. On the Queen Bee card, switching to the deeper Shaded Spruce cardstock gives the dimensional flowers a richer look. The white backgrounds keep all that color from becoming overwhelming.
