Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Fold the Boho Blue Cardstock in half to create your card base.
  2. Adhere the 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock inside the card.
  3. Using the Smoky Slate ink pad, stamp the graduation scroll randomly over the Country Lace Designer paper. Adhere to the front of the card.
  4. Run the Misty Moonlight cardstock through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the smallest pocket die from the Pocket Thoughts Bundle Dies.
  5. Stamp the sentiment onto the top center of the pocket die, just beneath the semi-circle, using Black Memento ink.
  6. Fold the sides of the pocket along the score lines and use adhesive to adhere to the front left of the card.
  7. Using the scrap of Basic White cardstock, stamp the scroll using Smoky Slate ink and fussy cut out using scissors. Adhere to the pocket, under the sentiment, using Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish.

A Tip from Barb

I made this card for a friends graduation and filled the pocket with a gift card to her favorite store. Then on the inside, I did another pocket, this time stuffing in some “mad money” for her to spend on herself. It was well deserved and I think she liked it! 😊
