How To Make This Card

Project Skill Level: Worker Bee

Worker Bee projects are designed for the crafter who has a bit more time and enjoys creating a handmade card that features a technique or tool. In many cases, a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine is required for die-cutting and/or embossing.

  • Basic White Cardstock: 4″ x 5-1/4″
  • Thoughtful Journey Designer Paper: 4″ x 5-1/2″

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Fold the Petunia Pop cardstock in half at the scoreline to create the card base.
  2. Adhere the Basic White cardstock inside the card.
  3. Adhere the Thoughtful Journey Designer Paper to the front of the card.
  4. Stamp the sentiment onto the Petal Pink cardstock using Petunia Pop ink. Run through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the label die from the Unbounded Love dies. Adhere to the bottom left of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  5. Using one of the Paper Butterfly Accents, sponge on Petal Pink ink using a Sponge Dauber. “Paint” the butterfly using the Wink of Stella Glitter Pen. Let dry 1 minute.
  6. Using small dots of glue or the Glue Dots, adhere the paper butterfly to the upper right of the card front.
  7. Using approximately 8″ of the Very Vanilla Baker’s Twine, tie into a bow and adhere to the bottom right of the sentiment tag using a glue dot to finish.
