JULY ordering Bonus

A Bonus for You!

Any order you place in July includes a free 10-project tutorial featuring the Velvet Meadow Suite that you can use with any Bundle in your stamp stash.

It’s filled with cozy, step-by-step card ideas to spark your creativity when your order arrives — so you’re not staring at supplies wondering where to start.

One of my favorite details is the soft coloring on the violet. Using Stampin’ Blends makes it easy to add gentle shading that gives the flower depth without requiring advanced coloring techniques. The smooth blending helps the petals feel more realistic while allowing the vibrant colors to remain bright and cheerful. Even a small amount of shading makes a big difference, turning a simple stamped image into the centerpiece of the card.

0727 Colors

The color combination brings everything together beautifully. Gorgeous Grape provides a rich, elegant backdrop that makes the focal image stand out immediately. Coastal Cabana adds a fresh pop of color that keeps the design light and uplifting, while Lemon Lolly introduces a soft touch of sunshine that brightens the flower without overpowering it. Together, these three colors create a cheerful palette that’s sophisticated enough for a thank you card while remaining versatile for many other occasions.

Notes

Worker Bee  (for Confident Cardmakers)
Worker Bee projects are designed for the crafter who has a bit more time and enjoys creating a handmade card that features a technique or tool. In many cases, a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine is required for die-cutting and/or embossing.

Although today’s greeting says, “I appreciate you,” this layout can easily become a birthday card, friendship card, encouragement card, or thinking-of-you card by simply changing the sentiment. That’s one of the things I enjoy most about investing in coordinating bundles. Once you discover a layout you love, it’s easy to recreate it again and again with different greetings, making one design work for countless occasions throughout the year.

I hope today’s project inspires you to send a little kindness through the mail. Handmade cards have a wonderful way of making people feel remembered, appreciated, and loved. Sometimes a simple floral card with a heartfelt message is all it takes to brighten someone’s day—and that’s one of the greatest gifts we can share through paper crafting.
