For this card, I chose a color combination that came straight from this pretty paper: Fresh Freesia, Pool Party, and Bubble Bath. I think it matched the airy feel for the card that I wanted! How To Make This Card

Project Skill Level: Worker Bee

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Fold the Basic White cardstock in half at the score line to create your card base.
  2. Layer the Lighter Than Air paper pattern #2 onto the Lighter Than Air pattern #1.  Adhere the papers to the center of the card front.
  3. Run the Fresh Freesia cardstock and the Basic White cardstock through the Cut & Emboss Machine using the SOmething Fancy tag dies.  Stamp the sentiment onto the Basic White Tag using Pool Party ink and adhere the tag to the Fresh Freesia tag.
  4. Cut a 2-1/2” and 3” piece of the Bubble Bath Ribbon.  Layer each piece on the back of the sentiment tag, off-setting slightly.  Adhere the sentiment tag to the card front using Stampin’ DImensionals to finish.

A Tip from Barb

Here’s a tip if you don’t have a Cut & Emboss Machine or want to simplify the card. Instead of using the Something Fancy dies, cut your cardstock as follows:  Fresh Freesia cardstock to 1-1/2” x 2-1/2” and the Basic White cardstock to 1-1/4” x 2-1/4”.
