Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Fold the 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” piece of Copper Clay Cardstock in half at the 4-1/4″ score line.
  2. Adhere the 4” x 5-1/4” piece of Basic White cardstock inside the card.
  3. Stamp the fence using Black Memento ink onto the center of the 3-1/4” x 5-1/2” piece of Pecan Pie cardstock.  Run through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and die-cut using the die from Hey Chuck Bundle.
  4. Adhere the 3” x 5-1/2” piece of Bright & Beautiful Paper to the Pecan Pie cardstock from the previous step and adhere to the front of the card.  Adhere the die-cut fence to the bottom left of the card front.
  5. Using a 1/2” x 2” piece of Basic White Cardstock, stamp the sentiment using Crushed Curry ink.  Adhere to the top right of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  6. Stamp the rooster onto a 2-1/2” x 2-1/2” scrap of Basic White cardstock using Black Memento ink.  Color him in using Pecan Pie Blends for his feathers, Daffodil Delight for his beak & legs, and Cherry Cobbler for his tongue.  Die-cut using the rooster die from the Hey Chuck Bundle.
  7. Adhere the die-cut Rooster to the fence using Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish.

A Tip from Barb

Thanks to the Hey Chuck stamp set and coordinating dies in the Bundle, this card comes together very quickly. If you don’t have the dies or a die-cut machine, you could cut the fence and rooster image out using scissors. This would be the perfect card for all the guys in your life!
