How To Make This Card
Project Skill Level: Busy Bee
Busy Bee projects are designed for the beginner or busy papercrafter. This is a basic cardmaking project that can be achieved by someone who has never made a handmade card before. You can view more Busy Bee cards here.
Cardstock Measurements:
- Calypso Coral Cardstock: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″
- Basic White Cardstock: 4″ x 5-1/4″
- Melon Mambo Cardstock: 4″ x 5-1/2″
- Beautiful Bokeh Designer Series Paper (Balmy Blue): 3-3/4″ x 5-1/2″
- Basic White Cardstock: 1″ x 3-1/4″

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Fold the Calypso Coral cardstock in half at the score line to create your card base.
- Adhere the 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock inside the card.
- Using Balmy Blue Beautiful Bokeh paper, stamp the small butterfly randomly onto the paper using Melon Mambo ink.
- Using the “dotted” stamp, ink up the stamp using Peach Pie and stamp inside one of the butterflies. If desired, stamp again inside the butterfly without re-inking. Repeat with the rest of the butterflies.
- Adhere the Beautiful Bokeh paper to the Melon Mambo cardstock and then adhere to the front of the card.
- Stamp the sentiment onto the center of the 1″ strip of Basic White cardstock. Use the paper snips to create a “reverse” flag notch on both sides. Adhere to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- To finish, add 3 of the Calypso Coral Ombre Matt Dots as desired.
