How To Make This Card
Project Skill Level: Worker Bee
Worker Bee projects are designed for the crafter who has a bit more time and enjoys creating a handmade card that features a technique or tool. In many cases, a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine is required for die-cutting and/or embossing.
Cardstock Measurements:
- Poppy Parade Cardstock: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″
- Basic White Cardstock: 4″ x 5-1/4″
- Granny Apple Green Cardstock: 2-3/4″ x 4-1/4″
- Basic White Cardstock: 2-1/2″ x 4″
- Poppy Parade Cardstock: 2″ x 4″ (for die-cutting)
- Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock: 1″ x 2-1/2″ (for die-cutting)

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Fold the Poppy Parade cardstock in half at the score line to create your card base.
- Adhere the 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock inside the card.
- Cut 12″ of the Ribbon and lay flat on a scratch sheet. Using the Dark Poppy Parade Blend, pull the ribbon under the side of the Blend to color the ribbon. Repeat on opposite side if necessary. Set aside to dry.
- Run the 2″ x 4″ piece of Poppy Parade through the Cut & Emboss Machine using the Dashing Designs Embossing Folder. Run through the Cut & Emboss Machine again, cutting out 2 of the small Heart Dies from the Hearts of Elegance Bundle Dies. Set aside.
- Using the Lemon Lime Twist cardstock, stamp the trio of leaves using the Lemon Lime Twist ink pad. Reink the stamp and stamp again. Run the cardstock through the Cut & Emboss Machine and die-cut the 2 sets of leaves using the leaf die from the Hearts of Elegance Bundle Dies. Using small dots of glue, adhere the leaves to the back of the strawberries and set aside.
- Using the 2-1/2″ x 4″ piece of Basic White cardstock, stamp the sentiment in the upper left corner using Black Memento ink. Tie the ribbon from Step #3 around the Basic White cardstock and tie into a bow on the left side. Adhere the White Cardstock to the 2-3/4″ x 4-1/4″ Granny Apple Green cardstock and adhere to the front of the card as shown in the sample.
- Adhere the 2 strawberries to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals, overapping the ribbon to finish.
