Sending Love: Quick & Easy Tutorial
Discover the joy of everyday card making with the Sending Love: Quick & Easy Tutorial. From a simple note of appreciation to a spontaneous gesture of kindness, these stamps and dies make every card a special creation.
I wanted to use bright colors for this card, so I went with one of my current favorite color palettes: Boho Blue, Pumpkin Pie, and I added Early Espresso to tone down the colors just a bit. If you’d prefer a different color combination, make sure you check out my Color Combination Library, which has a variety of combinations you can choose from!
My favorite part of the Sending Love Bundle is that it makes it so easy to send beautifully crafted messages of love and joy, bringing joy to anyone’s mailbox!

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Fold the Boho Blue Cardstock in half to create your base card.
- Adhere the 4” x 5-1/4” piece of Basic White cardstock inside your card.
- Stamp the mailbox image onto the 3” x 4-1/2” piece of Basic White cardstock. Color in using the Blends markers. Adhere the White cardstock to the Pumpkin Pie cardstock at an angle then adhere to front of card.
- Stamp the circle heart image onto the 2” scrap of Basic White cardstock using Pumpkin Pie ink. Fussy cut out using scissors or punch out using a 1” punch.
- Cut 2-1/2” of Boho Blue ribbon, cut both ends at an angle, and adhere to back of circle from previous step. Adhere this to the front of the card as shown in the sample to finish.
A Tip from Barb
This is a super simple card that could easily be turned into a Busy Bee card by eliminating the tools. Simply replaced the embossed background on the main card by stamping the small envelope from the Stamp Set all over the front of the card using Boho Blue ink, and fussy cut out the circle sentiment using your scissors. Easy Peasy!
