Today, I’m thrilled to share a perfect solution for busy women who want to infuse a bit of creativity into their hectic schedules. This card uses Holiday Card Sketch 10, which is showcased in our Stampin’ Up! 2024 Holiday Mini-Catalog on page 16. (View our digital catalog here.)

To make this Thank You card even easier to create, I used the gorgeous Splendid Autumn Designer Paper and pulled the colors for my card from the paper. This created a clean and elegant design, with a pop of Black ink for the sentiment. If this combination is a bit too bright for you, make sure you check out my Color Combination Library, which is sure to have a color combination you’ll love!

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Fold the Granny Apple Green Cardstock in half at the score line to create the card base.
  2. Adhere the 4” x 5-1/4” piece of Basic White cardstock inside the card.
  3. Flag notch the right side of the Splendid Autumn Paper #2 using your scissors and attach to the center of the card front.
  4. Run the 4” square of Splendid Autumn Paper thru the Cut and  Emboss Machine and die-cut using the 3-1/4” circle die from the Spotlight on Nature Dies.  Adhere to the center of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  5. Stamp the sentiment onto the 1/2” strip of Basic White cardstock using the Black Memento ink pad.  Adhere to the front of the card, under the circle, as shown in the sample to finish.

A Tip from Barb

Technically, this is a Worker Bee card because we’re using a Circle Die with the Cut & Emboss Machine. However, this Sketch works just as well if you cut a 3-1/4″ square piece of the Splended Autumn Designer Paper. Everything else on the card sketch stays the same!
