These 3 Cards using the Peaceful Days Stamp Set is a perfect reminder that sometimes, all you need is a good sentiment, a touch of color, and a little creativity. The Peaceful Days Stamp Set from Stampin’ Up!® is simple yet versatile, with beautiful fonts and delicate designs that make it easy to create heartfelt cards for any occasion. Whether you’re celebrating someone special or just sending a card “because,” this set captures that cozy, connected feeling we all crave.

The Peaceful Days Stamp Set lends itself naturally to a Scandinavian or Pennsylvania Dutch folk art style, a traditional form of art known for its simplicity, symmetry, and warmth. Both styles use nature-inspired motifs, flourishes, and balanced patterns to create pieces that feel both handmade and refined. This project captures that same feeling through clean lines, soft color, and heartfelt words.
Using the color combination of Shaded Spruce, Pool Party, and Peach Pie, I made three versions of the same card design, each one a little more detailed than the last. The result? A trio of handmade cards that feel cheerful, peaceful, and full of heart.

Step It Up Stamping: Busy Bee → Worker Bee → Queen Bee
Busy Bee:
If you’re short on time or new to stamping, start here. On a Basic White card base, stamp the sentiment “My happy place is wherever I’m with you” in Shaded Spruce ink. Add the floral flourishes above and below the greeting for balance. Finish with small gems or embellishments in the flower centers for a hint of sparkle. Clean, simple, and meaningful—just as folk art should be.
Worker Bee:
This version steps it up with a little extra detail. Add the charming bird image stamped in Pool Party, hand-cut and popped up with Dimensionals. It gives the design a feeling of movement and joy. A Shaded Spruce mat behind the main panel frames the art beautifully, keeping that symmetrical folk art balance that feels cozy and timeless.
Queen Bee:
The final design brings everything together with texture and color. Use Shaded Spruce cardstock embossed with a geometric or stitched pattern for your background. Add a white stitched frame around your main image, then accent with Peach Pie flowers and a bit of white ribbon. The layered details and contrast bring that Scandinavian-inspired charm to life—clean, elegant, and effortlessly warm.
