How To Make This Card
Project Skill Level: Worker Bee
Worker Bee projects are designed for the crafter who has a bit more time and enjoys creating a handmade card that features a technique or tool. In many cases, a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine is required for die-cutting and/or embossing.
Cardstock Measurements:
- Misty Moonlight Cardstock: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″
- Basic White Cardstock: 4″ x 5-1/4″
- Country Woods Designer Paper: 4″ x 5-1/2″
- Basic White Cardstock: 1″ x 2″ (scrap for die-cutting)

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Fold the Misty Moonlight cardstock in half at the scoreline to create your card base.
- Adhere the 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock inside your card.
- Ink up the small trio of leaves using the Misty Moonlight ink pad. Stamp onto the top of the Country Woods paper, then stamp again in a different area of the paper. Repeat the process several times until leaves cover the top half of the paper.
- Wrap about 16″ of White Baker’s Twine around the top of the paper and tie into a bow. Adhere to the front of the card base.
- Stamp the sentiment onto the 1″ scrap of Basic White cardstock using Misty Moonlight ink. Run through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the smallest die from the Changing Leaves Dies. Adhere on the bottom left side of the card as shown in the sample.
A Tip from Barb
This card is super simple and is only classified as a Worker Bee card due to the use of the Changing Leaves Dies for the sentiment. If you don’t have a Cut & Emboss Machine, simply cut a 1/2″ x 1-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock to use for the sentiment strip instead! Easy Peasy card!
