Coffee and a Card with Layered Thoughts Fun Fold

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect excuse to try a fun fold, this week’s project is it! This Coffee and a Card with Layered Thoughts Fun Fold card is a beautiful reminder that something simple can still feel extra special—and it all starts with one bold sentiment and a few pretty papers.

This is the exact card we made during this week’s Coffee & a Card—our casual midweek craft break on Facebook where we chat, sip on our favorite beverage, and make something wonderful. And this card? It checks all the boxes: a soft floral print from the Florals in Bloom Designer Paper, elegant layering with Cloud Cover and Secret Sea cardstock, and a hint of shimmer from Silver Foil paper. The oversized “THANK you” from the Layered Thoughts Stamp Set adds the perfect bold finish, stamped in Cloud Cover ink to keep things subtle and coordinated.

This fun-fold style card is a fantastic introduction to fun folds—it’s easy to cut, simple to layer, and offers a little “wow” factor when opened. The left panel showcases the floral paper beautifully, while the right panel holds the sentiment flap in place with a silver foil accent and decorative Rhinestone gem.
