Today, I’m thrilled to share a perfect solution for busy women who want to infuse a bit of creativity into their hectic schedules. I’ll show you how to whip up quick and elegant thank you cards that look anything but rushed. This card uses Card Sketch 7, which is showcased in our Stampin’ Up! 2024-2025 Annual Catalog on page 22. (View our digital catalog here.)

To make this note card even easier to create, I used the elegant Nests Of Winter Designer Paper, which is a sneak peek out of our 2024 Holiday Mini-Catalog. The beautiful nature images added to the elegance of the card and then I just finished it out with a sentiment from the Simply Said Stamp Set. Let me show you how easy it is to create this note card!

How To Make This Card

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Fold the Lost Lagoon cardstock in half at the 4-1/4″ score line to create your base card.
  2. Run the front half of the cardstock through the Cut & Emboss Machine using the Snowflake Sky 3D Embossing Folder.  Refold the card.
  3. Adhere the 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock inside your card.
  4. Using your scissors, flag notch the bottom of the Designer Paper.
  5. Cut 14″ of the Silver trim and wrap it around the Designer Paper, tying it into a bow on the right side.  Adhere to the front of the card.
  6. Stamp the sentiment onto the 3/4″ strip of Basic White paper. Use your scissors to flag notch the right side only.  Adhere to the card as shown on the sample to finish.

A Tip from Barb

I hope you enjoyed a sneak peek of the Nests of Winter Designer Paper coming out on September 4, 2024 in the Holiday Catalog. Any paper will look awesome on this card, especially if it has random images that will add interest to the card. The paper will be the focal point of your card, so choose wisely! 😊
