Quick & Easy Handmade Christmas Card
Make a simple and elegant Christmas card using the Delicate Pines Stamp Set. This beginner-friendly design uses Real Red, Pecan Pie, and Pretty Peacock for a festive seasonal look you can stamp in minutes.
- Pretty Peacock Cardstock: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" scored at 4-1/4"
- Basic White Cardstock: 4" x 5-1/4" (2 pieces)
- Pretty Peacock Cardstock: 1" x 3-12"
- Basic White Cardstock: 3/4" x 3-1/4"
Fold the 5 1/2” x 8 1/2” Pretty Peacock cardstock at the score line to create your card base.
Adhere one of the 4” x 5 1/4” pieces of Basic White cardstock to the inside of the card base.
Using the other 4” x 5 1/4” piece of Basic White cardstock, ink the “striped” medium snowflake using Real Red ink, stamp in the lower left corner of the cardstock; turn the stamp slightly and stamp again without re-inking. Repeat as desired so that the snowflakes go on a diagonal from the lower left corner to the upper right corner.
Ink the small foliage stamp using Pretty Peacock ink and stamp as desired around the snowflakes. Ink the pinecone using Pecan Pie ink and fill in around the other images as desired. (See sample for placement.) Adhere the Basic White cardstock to front of card.
Stamp the sentiment onto the 3/4” strip of Basic White cardstock using Pretty Peacock ink. Adhere to the 1” strip of Pretty Peacock cardstock.
Cut 5” of the Irregular Weave Trim and adhere to the back of the Pretty Peacock sentiment strip; trim as needed.
Adhere the sentiment strip to the front of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish.
