Easy All Occasion Handmade Card Idea

This easy, all-occasion handmade card is perfect for beginner cardmakers who want something cheerful, modern, and meaningful. With a simple layout and a happy color combination, it’s a great project for creating joyful mail that helps you stay connected and stamp out loneliness.

Supplies Needed

Pool Party Cardstock: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" scored at 4-1/4"
Basic White Cardstock: 4" x 5-1/4"
Melon Mambo Cardstock: 3-7/8 x 5-1/8"
Basic White Cardstock: 3-3/4" x 5"
Pool Party Cardstock: 1/2" x 2"

Instructions

Fold the Pool Party cardstock in half at the score line to create your card base.
Adhere the 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White cardstock inside the card.
Using the 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Basic White cardstock, ink up the small single heart using Pool Party ink. Starting in the lower left corner, stamp the inked heart and then stamp 1 more time without reinking. Continue this process until you've stamped from the lower left corner to the upper right corner.
Repeat the previous step using Melon Mambo ink.
Adhere the Basic White cardstock to the Melon Mambo cardstock and then adhere to the Pool Party card base.
Stamp the sentiment on to the 1/2" strip of Pool Party cardstock using Pool Party ink. Tip: if you prefer a stronger sentiment, use Melon Mambo ink. Using scissors, flag notch' the right side. Adhere to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
To finish, add several of the Strawberry Slush & Pretty in Pink Gems using different sizes. (I added 7 gems.)
