Butterfly Friendship Card with Moonlit Flora Paper
Create a quick yet elegant friendship card using Moonlit Flora Designer Series Paper, the Fern & Flora 3D Embossing Folder, and dramatic butterfly beauty.
Supplies Needed
- Secret Sea Cardstock: 4-1/4" x 11" (scored at 5-1/2")
- Basic White Cardstock: 4" x 5-1/4" (2 pieces)
- Moonlit Flora Designer Paper: 3-1/4" x 3-1/4"
- Basic White Cardstock: 1/2" x 2-1/4" (for sentiment)
Instructions
- Fold the Secret Sea cardstock in half at the score line to create your card base.
- Adhere one of the 4" x 5-1/4" pieces of Basic White cardstock inside the card. Decorate as desired.
- Run the other piece of 4" x 5-1/4" Basic White cardstock through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine using the Fern & Flora Embossing Folder. Adhere to the front of the card.
- Cut the butterfly from the Moonlit Flora Designer Paper so that it measures 3-1/4" x 3-1/4". Adhere to the card front as shown using Stampin' Dimensionals.
- Stamp the sentiment onto the 1/2" piece of Basic White cardstock using Secret Sea ink. Use scissors to cut an angle on the right side. Adhere to the card as shown using Stampin' Dimensionals to finish.
- Note: you may want to add a second Stampin' Dimensional on the left side of the sentiment so that it's equal to the Designer Paper.
