How To Make This Card
Project Skill Level: Worker Bee
Worker Bee projects are designed for the crafter who has a bit more time and enjoys creating a handmade card that features a technique or tool. In many cases, a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine is required for die-cutting and/or embossing.
Cardstock Measurements:
- Copper Clay Cardstock: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″
- Basic White Cardstock: 4” x 5-1/4”
- Basic Gray Cardstock: 3-1/2” x 5”
- Nests of Winter Designer Paper: 3” x 4-1/4”
- Basic White Cardstock: 1” x 2-3/4”

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Fold the Copper Clay cardstock in half at the score line to create your card base. Adhere the 4” x 5-1/4” piece of Basic White cardstock inside the card.
- Run the Basic Gray cardstock through the Cut & Emboss Machine using the Birch Wood 3D Embossing Folder. Adhere to the front of the card about 1/4” over from the left fold line.
- Adhere the piece of Nests of Winter Designer Paper onto the front of the card as shown in the sample.
- Using your scissors, create the sentiment tag using the 1” x 2-3/4” Basic White cardstock to create a reverse “flag notch.”
- Stamp the sentiment onto the sentiment tag using Basic Gray ink.
- Adhere the sentiment tag onto the card as shown in the sample using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- To finish the card, add 3 of the Earthtone Shimmer Gems as desired.
