Everyday Arches Dies by Stampin Up
Looking for a fresh way to express your gratitude? Dive into the world of creative cardmaking with the Everyday Arches Dies by Stampin Up. These versatile dies open up a world of possibilities, allowing you to add a unique curviness to your handmade thank you cards, scrapbooks, and other paper crafts.

This set features multiple sizes of classic arch shapes, ideal for framing heartfelt greetings or showcasing special images. Whether you’re stamping a simple thank you inside an arch or layering different colors and sizes for a dynamic, dimensional look, these dies make it easy and fun.
I needed a floral Thank You card for a friend who loves warm coral colors. So I combined these dies with the Thankful Garden Decorative Masks and used the beautiful color combination of Petal Pink, Cajun Craze, and Old Olive. (If you’d like something softer, make sure you check out my Color Combination Library.)

But the Everyday Arches Dies aren’t just for thank you cards. They’re perfect for any occasion where you want to make a statement with elegance and style. From birthdays and weddings to simple notes of appreciation, these dies are your go-to tool for creating designs that leave a lasting impression.
In this post, I’ll walk you through a step-by-step guide on crafting a floral thank you card using the Everyday Arches Dies, ensuring that your next project is not only beautiful but also heartfelt. So grab your favorite Stampin’ Up! supplies, and let’s get crafting!

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Fold the Cajun Craze cardstock in half at the 4-1/4″ score line to create the card base. Open up the card and run through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder, being careful to only emboss the front of the card. Refold and burnish well with your Bone Folder.
- Adhere one of the 4″ x 5-1/4″ pieces of Basic White cardstock inside the card.
- Run the 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Cajun Craze cardstock through the Cut & Emboss Machine using the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder.
- Using the 3-1/2″ wide Arch Frame from the Dies, place on top of the embossed Cajun Craze cardstock. Adhere the next smaller frame inside the larger frame and “tape” the dies to the cardstock using non-stick tape, such as Washi or Painters tape. Run through the Cut & Emboss Machine to create your “Arch” piece.
- Using the same 3-1/2″ wide Arch frame, adhere to the other piece of 4″ x 5-1/4″ Basic White cardstock – do not add the second frame. Using the Balmy Blue ink and a Blending Brush, lightly sponge Balmy Blue ink all over the die-cut image. Adhere the White frame to the back of the Cajun Craze frame so that the blue sponged piece shows through. Adhere to the front of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Using the 3″ x 4″ piece of Basic White cardstock, line up the Thoughtful Garden Decorative floral mask #1 onto the cardstock (you can secure with non-stick tape if you’re concerned the mask will shift) and sponge with Petal Pink ink. Remove Mask #1 and set aside to wash later.
- Line up mask #2 so that it lines up with the previously sponged flower and sponge on Calypso Coral ink. Remove mask and set aside to wash.
- Line up mask #3 so that it lines up with previously sponged image, this time using Cajun Craze ink. Remove mask and set aside to wash later.
- Line up the leaf stem under the larger flower and sponge Mask #4 using Old Olive ink. Remove and use Mask #5 to add the final details to the leaves using Old Olive ink. Take all the masks to the sink to rinse off the ink and let air dry.
- Fussy cut out the floral/stem image using Paper Snips Scissors. Adhere to the Arched Frame as shown in the sample, using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamp the sentiment onto the 5/8″ strip of Basic White cardstock using Cajun Craze ink and adhere to the stem using adhesive.
- Use the Mini Glue Dots to adhere 2 of the tiny Bee Trinkets as desired to finish.
