She loves dolphins and this dolphin image from the Along These Lines Stamp Set captured her perfectly—gentle, free, and filled with a quiet joy. Paired with the So Swirly Embossing Folder and soft tones of Cloud Cover and Night of Navy, it all came together into something really special.

Just a stamp, a couple of colors, and a few thoughtfully chosen textures. Cardstock Measurements:
- Night of Navy Cardstock: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″
- Basic White Cardstock: 4″ x 5-1/4″
- Cloud Cover Cardstock: 4″ x 5-1/4″
- Night of Navy Cardstock: 1-1/4″ x 5-1/4″
- Basic White Cardstock: 1″ x 5-1/4″

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Fold the Night of Navy cardstock in half to create your card base.
- Adhere the 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock inside the card.
- Using Cloud Cover ink spot, stamp the larger whale image image all over the Cloud Cover cardstock as desired.
- Run the Cloud Cover cardstock through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the So Swirly Embossing Folder. Adhere to the front of the card.
- Stamp the smaller dolphin onto the 1″ strip of Basic White cardstock using Night of Navy ink. Continue the “line” on each side of the dolphin as needed, using the “line” stamp and the same ink.
- Stamp the sentiment above the “line” on the right side using Cloud Cover ink.
- Adhere the Basic White cardstock to the 1-1/4″ strip of Night of Navy cardstock and adhere to the front of the card to finish.
A Tip from Barb
If you don’t have a Cut & Emboss Machine or the So Swirly Embossing folder, you can still create a fabulous background for this card! After stamping, crinkle the paper between your palms until it’s well crinkled. Carefully smooth out and adhere to the front of the card – easy peasy!
