Coffee and a Card using the Charming Day Bundle
If you’re looking for a handmade thank you card that’s bright, cheerful, and beginner-friendly, you’re in the right place. This Coffee and A Card using the Charming Day Bundle by Stampin’ Up!® is one of those projects that looks impressive but comes together in minutes—even if you don’t consider yourself crafty (yet!).
There’s something magical about sitting down with a warm cup of coffee, a few simple supplies, and a gorgeous floral stamp set with coordinating dies like the Charming Day Bundle. Today’s card is one of those beautiful little projects that feels like a breath of fresh air—easy enough to make in under an hour, but with enough wow factor to make the recipient feel extra loved.
This is the exact card we made during this week’s Coffee & a Card—our casual midweek craft break on Facebook where we chat, sip on our favorite beverage, and make something wonderful. The star of the show was the Charming Day Bundle, with its mix of soft florals and leafy accents that work for birthdays, thank-yous, or “just because” notes. We paired it with the Floral Charm Designer Series Paper for an effortless background that adds movement without overpowering the design. I especially love how the Timid Tiger ribbon adds a subtle shimmer against the more earthy Mossy Meadow and Night of Navy colors—it’s one of those small touches that really pulls everything together.
And let’s talk color combo for a sec: Petal Pink, Night of Navy, Timid Tiger, and Mossy Meadow might not be your go-to palette, but they totally work together. Petal Pink softens the deeper tones, and that touch of Timid Tiger gives it a cheerful energy without being too bold. If you’ve ever felt stuck in a color rut, this is a great card to try and shake things up a bit.
We kept the stamping simple: a floral image tucked behind a popped-up sentiment, framed by designer paper and anchored with just a few layers. Although I did use the use the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine to take advantage of the beautiful coordinating dies, it still was a very simple project. The heart of this card is stamps, ink, paper, and a little ribbon love. It’s the kind of project that helps you remember why you fell in love with cardmaking in the first place.

A Tip from Barb
If you don’t have a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, or don’t have these dies, there’s a very simple solution. Cut a piece of Basic White cardstock into a 3″ square and use that piece instead of the die-cut circle. Then fussy cut out the floral image using your scissors. Easy Peasy!
