Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Fold the Pool Party cardstock in half to create your base card.
  2. Adhere the 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock inside your card.
  3. Cut two 2-1/2″ and two 3-1/2″ pieces of the Pool Party Pom Pom Ribbon. Using the 2-1/2″ x 4-3/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock, wrap the 2 smaller pieces around the upper right and lower left corners. Secure with Scotch tape. Repeat the process using the 3-1/2″ strips of ribbon, just above the previous taped ribbon. Set aside.
  4. Using the 2-1/4″ x 2-1/2″ piece of Basic White cardstock, stamp the girl image using Black Memento ink. Color in using the Stampin’ Blends Markers shown in the sample. (Note: I used the Light Petal Pink Blend for the cookies and her tongue.)
  5. Adhere the White cardstock to the 2-1/2″ x 2-3/4″ Pool Party Cardstock and adhere to the Basic White Cardstock from Step # 3 using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere the 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″ Basic White cardstock to the front of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals. (Tip: secure the end of the ribbons by using a Stampin’ Dimensional on each end.)
  6. Using the 1″ strip of Pool Party cardstock, stamp the sentiment using Black Memento ink. Adhere the left side of the strip to the front of the card using adhesive and use a Stampin’ Dimensional on the right side as shown in the sample. (The Stampin’ Dimensional will help balance out the height of the sentiment strip.)
