Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Fold the Basic White Cardstock in half at the score line to create your base card.
  2. Ink up the Falling Snow Background Stamp using Misty Moonlight ink and stamp onto the front of the card.
  3. Stamp the child image onto the 2-1/4” x 2-3/4” piece of Basic White cardstock using Black Memento ink.  Color in using the Blends.  Adhere to the Misty Moonlight Cardstock.
  4. Adhere the Misty Moonlight Cardstock to the bottom right of the card using adhesive.
  5. Stamp the sentiment onto the 1/2” strip of Basic White Cardstock using Black Memento ink.  Use your scissors to “flag notch” the right side of the strip.  Adhere to the upper left of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish.

A Tip from Barb

If you don’t have a block large enough for the Falling Snow Background stamp, simple lay it stamp side up on your table, ink it using your ink pad, and then lay the cardstock down on top of the stamp. Be careful not to move it. Rub your fingers lightly over the back of the cardstock to press the cardstock into stamp, again being careful not to move the cardstock. Lift up carefully and you’ll have a beautifully inked image.

This will also work if you have trouble with your hands (such as arthritis) and can’t lift heavy stamps!
