To make this Let’s Celebrate card even easier to create, I used the whimsical Something For Everything Ephemera Pack. The laser-cut die cuts are perfect for all kinds of occasions, and in this case, I chose 4 that would make a cute birthday card! Let me show you how to make this simple, 5-minute card!


How To Make This Card

Project Skill Level: Busy Bee

Busy Bee projects are designed for the beginner or busy papercrafter. This is a basic cardmaking project that can be achieved by someone who has never made a handmade card before. You can view more Busy Bee cards here.

Cardstock Measurements:

  • Crumb Cake Cardstock: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″
  • Basic White Cardstock:  4” x 5-1/4”
  • Balmy Blue Cardstock:  3-3/4” x 4”
  • Basic White Cardstock:  1/2” x 2-3/4”

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Fold the Crumb Cake Cardstock in half at the score line to create the card base.
  2. Adhere the 4” x 5-1/4” piece of Basic White cardstock inside the card.
  3. Adhere the Balmy Blue cardstock to the front of the card.
  4. Punch out 4 of the die-cuts from the Something for Everything Mix & Match Ephemera Pack and adhere them to the Balmy Blue cardstock, using adhesive, as shown in the sample.
  5. Using scissors, flag notch the right side only of the 1/2” strip of Basic White cardstock.  Stamp the sentiment onto the White cardstock using Black Memento ink.
  6. Adhere the sentiment tag to the front of the card as shown in the sample using Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish.
