Each card starts with the same soft blended background created using Blending Brushes and a dreamy combination of Petal Pink, Mossy Meadow, and Secret Sea inks. For the Queen Bee card, I added in Flirty Flamingo, Cloud Cover, and Pecan Pie ink as well.

This combination of colors creates a perfectly balanced mix of cool serenity and warm comfort. The Secret Sea base adds depth and grounding, while Petal Pink softly warms up the sky. Mossy Meadow brings in earthy stability, keeping the whole palette gentle yet rich. Busy Bee Card (Beginner Level)

This simple design lets the beauty of the background shine. The soft blended sky meets a clean layer of Secret Sea cardstock, and the sentiment “Sometimes life is just hard” says it all.
