What’s Included in the Retreat Fee

  • All supplies for 50 all-occasion cards with envelopes (2 each of 25 designs) plus an All-Inclusive product Goodie Bag that includes additional products, written instructions & Bingo Card!
  • Take advantage of the Sentiment Station. If you don’t like a sentiment included on a particular project, swap it out for a different sentiment of your choice.
  • Work two people to a stamp project. This will allow you to work at your own pace. This is a no-pressure weekend!
  • Retreat Room open 24/7 for late night crafters. Feel free to bring your own projects to work on!
  • Take breaks whenever you want and visit the Oregon Gardens or indulge yourself at the Moonstone Spa.
  • Hot Breakfast Buffet on Saturday & Sunday; Welcome Bingo Party with light Snacks on Friday evening; Deluxe Buffet Dinner on Saturday evening.

2025 Stamp Retreat Refund Policy:
If you cancel prior to August 31, 2024, you will receive a full refund, minus the $80 non-refundable fee. There are no refunds after September 1, 2024. However, you are welcome to “sell” your ticket to another stamper and they can take your place at the Retreat. Please let us know so that we can change their name on all the Retreat materials. Thank you!

Stamp Retreat Hours

  • Friday, February 28th
    • 1:00 pm Doors Open (you can start stamping anytime immediately)
    • 3:00 pm Overnight Rooms available for check-in
    • 7:30 pm Welcome Bingo Party; light snacks included
    • 9:00 pm Stamp Room will be locked but you can stay as long as you’d like
  • Saturday, March 1st
    • 7am – 10am Complimentary Hot Buffet Breakfast in Restaurant
    • 8:00 am Stamp Retreat Room unlocked and ready for you to stamp with us!
    • 6:00 pm Buffet Dinner available for all Retreat attendees
    • 9:00 pm Stamp Room will be locked but you can stay as long as you’d like.
    • Note: you are on your own for lunch. You can order from the Restaurant or the Bar and bring your food into the Stamp Retreat room if you’d like. We recommend you charge this bill to your room. Or take a break and visit downtown Silverton which has a lot of fun little shops & restaurants!

  • Sunday, March 2nd
    • 7am – 10am Complimentary Hot Buffet Breakfast in Restaurant. Because the Restaurant is usually crowded on Sundays, we welcome you to bring your meal into the Stamp Retreat room and socialize with others!
    • 8:00 am Stamp Room is unlocked and you can finish up on any stamping projects you have
    • 9:00 am Barb will be available for placing orders with the Order Special of the Day!
    • 11:00 am You must be checked out of your hotel room by 11am to avoid late fees
    • 11:30 am Retreat Ends!
