Mark your calendars! On February 2-4, 2024, embark on a creative journey nestled in the stunning landscapes of Silverton, Oregon in the Willamette Valley. As winter wraps up, what better way to kick-start the new year than immersing yourself in an oasis of creativity and camaraderie? That’s precisely what our Annual Stamping & Crafting Retreat Weekend at the charming Oregon Garden Resort & Spa promises to offer.

Every nook and cranny of the retreat weekend is thoughtfully curated to enliven your creative spirit, whether you are a well-versed crafter or a novice taking the first steps into the world of cardmaking. We’ve bundled three relaxing days filled with stamping, socializing, and endless papercrafting fun!

What’s Included in the Retreat Fee

• All supplies for 50 all-occasion cards with envelopes (2 each of 25 designs) You’ll love the plethora of supplies we’ve assembled for you!
  
• Product Goodie Bag for all attendees
  
• Meals Included: all you can eat Buffet Lunch and Buffet Dinner on Saturday; Hot Buffet Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday.
  
• Enjoy the Retreat Room, open round the clock, welcoming the night owls and early birds alike. Feel free to bring your own projects to work on!
  
• Work 2 people to a stamp project. Enjoy the freedom to work at your own pace and take breaks when you need them. Every effort has been made this year to assure you won’t have to wait for projects or feel pressured to stamp faster than you’d like!
  
• *NEW* Take advantage of the Sentiment Station. If you don’t like a sentiment included in a particular project, swap it out for a different sentiment of your choice.
  
• *NEW* We’ve built more time in this year for you to take breaks whenever you want and visit the Oregon Gardens or indulge yourself at the Moonstone Spa. Arrive anytime after 3pm on Friday and start stamping whenever it’s convenient for you! (Remember that the Retreat Room stays open 24/7!)

2024 Stamp Retreat Refund Policy:
If you cancel prior to November 15, 2023 you will receive a full refund, minus the $75 non-refundable fee. There are no refunds after November 15, 2023. However, you are welcome to “sell” your ticket to another stamper, and they can take your place at the Retreat. Please let us know so that we can change their name on all the Retreat materials. Thank you!

Within 48 hours of purchasing your spot for the Retreat, I will send you an email with details on how to reserve our room accommodations using our group code. Rooms are available at the discounted rate of $159 for single/double occupancy. Check in time on Friday is 3pm.

The guest rooms are nestled in a series of cozy, inviting cottage-style buildings, and all feature working gas fireplaces and a private garden patio. Modern in-room comforts include flat-screen televisions with cable channels, microwaves, and mini-refrigerators. The Resort also features on-site spa services (advanced booking required), hot tub, a Garden View restaurant & Fireside Lounge with live music. And don’t forget to take time to explore the neighboring 80-acre Oregon Gardens!
