Join live when you can and watch the replays when you can’t. Your tutorials and video replays remain available after the Retreat for as long as the hosting and sharing platforms continue to support access.

Stamping Cross Country officially kicks off September 25, when our optional private Facebook Group opens and the fun begins! The week leading up to the Retreat will feature challenges, games, Bingo, Craft & Chat, Mystery Stamping, prizes and other fun ways to connect and get ready for our crafty weekend.

Our main Retreat days are October 2–4, 2026. Friday and Saturday will feature our 10 cardmaking demonstrations on YouTube, and Sunday will include our 5 BONUS Hot Foil demonstrations.

We’re still finalizing the exact start and end times for each day and will send the complete schedule to registered attendees before the Retreat.

No. We’ll have a private Facebook Group for Retreat conversation, challenges and some of the fun, but you do not need Facebook to participate. You’ll receive the important information you need through email and your Retreat Hub.

No. The featured bundles are completely optional. You can use products you already own and substitute stamps and dies from your own craft room.

On September 1, registered attendees will get the full reveal of both featured bundles. If you fall in love with one (or both!), you’ll have September 1–5 to add them to your Full Retreat box with no additional shipping charge.

Yes! All Retreat tutorials will be provided as printable PDF files, so you can save them and print them yourself. If you choose the Full Retreat, you can also add printed copies of the 10 Demonstration Tutorials for $10. The additional 25 tutorials* are provided digitally as printable PDFs.

*Includes 10 additional Radiant Sunflowers, 10 additional Christmas Mice and 5 additional Hot Foil project Tutorials.

I understand that plans can change! Digital Retreat registrations are non-refundable. Full Retreat registrations may be canceled for a refund through August 31, 2026. After August 31, Full Retreat registration fees are non-refundable.

If you can’t attend live, you’ll still have access to the Retreat tutorials and video replays, so you can enjoy the Retreat when it works for you.
