I loved this Butterfly Thinlit the minute I saw it in the Occasions Catalog, but my first thought was “Oh my gosh, that thing is going to be a PAIN to cut out.”
And it might have been except for this great tip I saw on Facebook that I’m going to share with you.
Before I share my video tip, however, let me just saw how much I love this beautiful card designed by BZBStampers teammate, Carol Lovenstein. It’s stunning in it’s simplicity and really allows the butterfly to shine.
Carol designed this card for our team Stamp Together that I hold each quarter, and the thought of cutting out 70 of these little babies really did give me a bit of a pause.
But then I heard about this trick (see video below) and I’m telling you it really works! DRYER SHEETS!!! Who’d a thunk it?
Basically, you fold a few unused dryer sheets and…..well, watch the video below. The fun starts at about 1:45 into the video if you’re impatient like I am when watching videos!
